What makes a house in Las Vegas look rich? Wouldn't you think that I t was the house paint, design, and overall mood. A good piece of Las Vegas Real Estate consists of beautiful furniture and good color coodinations. The house has to look absolutely clean and not one piece of damage. The house can look completely out of place if there is one thing that is extremely dirty. For instance my brother just bought anew condo and decided to smoke a cigarette and he accidently had a piece of ash on his carpet. He tried to wipe the ash away from the carpet thinking that It was a piece of black lint. The ash smugged across 10 inches of carpet and it stained. Not even water could get it out. So finally after ten minutes of arguing, oxy clean picked up the mess. But when the black spot was actually there, it looked like the whole place was ruined. Dirty stains and spots in your Las Vegas Real Estate make it look terrible and most likely nobody will buy a place with nasty carpet. Ive been in condos where it has been completely disgusting. And I honestly could only party there or just completely trash the place. I have seen it done over and over again in Las Vegas.
I understand why people would though. They either just moved from a terrible country and they have no money in Las Vegas. Usually Condos can be extremely nice. If you are a single person, why on earth would you need such a huge place. Earlier I described how my place was extremely small and only a few rooms were decorated. I only need that small of a space and that's honestly what I really need is just enough room to myself. I love green land in Las Vegas (it stands out) and that's why I have three thousand acres of peaceful land. That Land in Las Vegas is what makes me extremely happy not a huge house. also when you buy your home you have to watch the area. Usually people love safe areas where there is a school and neighborhood grocery stores. People also like for their land to be kept on a safe watch with their neighborhood. Technically speaking there's nothing called safe, but it is nice to feel overly protected. In my parents house there is an alarm system, a dog, and gated doors all around the house. the windows have solar screens on them. That Las Vegas Real Estate is extremely secure which makes it extremely easy to sleep at night. Usually people love ghetto areas and do not mind having an unsafe house. isn't that weird that people actually love the ghetto. I prefer to feel safe in a home in a rich neighborhood in Las Vegas. Somewhere like Lake Las Vegas. But if that's the type of area you prefer, then it's the type of area that you prefer. So you may ask what is defined as ghetto. The bay area in California. I can hardly explain to you that it is comforting for people to feel like they have problems all of the time. Some rappers love to emphasize about moving out of the ghetto. Others cant get enough of it. Please forgive me if I sound like a snobbish brat, but I know my Las Vegas Real Estate. I have seen money made from thin air! |
