There was this one House in Las Vegas that I used to always go over to as a child. It was one of my best friends homes. This house was a pretty big one story but they had two dogs that were very crazy. They literally trashed the house. when you have a dog it is extremely hard to keep your house clean especially when you are raising a puppy. If you are planning on making money in Las Vegas Real Estate, you need to keep your porperty, especially your home in top notch condition. I am so extremely tired of selling houses to people and all they do is totally trash them. Nothing aggravates me more. How do you not keep a piece of Real Estate in Las Vegas clean and in order. The house consisted of blue carpet that was of course stained with dogs piss and cigarette burns and food stains and torn up patches all over the place. The walls are white with a bunch of black marks that are all over the place. These black marks looks like something literally ran into the wall. Probably a party or something would happen and most likely somebody would run into the wall.
This Home in Las Vegas consisted of three bedrooms and one of them was used for a cheap movie room. The room had an television that was made about ten years ago. The couch was almost ruined, but I guess that those are the best couches because they are broken in. The room also had a book shelf and it was old wood filled with movies and books. This type of room was comfortable but it was sloppy. The main room had a huge television and none of the furniture matched. Matching furniture can help sell any Las Vegas Estate really quickly. The furniture was all different colors and ripped because of course the dogs. The dogs were extremely filthy. The room was open but the back yard was totally disgusting. The grass was tore apart. It was so extremely hot. Im telling you people become more and more attracted. Just kidding. There was this one house and it was probably one of the sickest places I have seen. Sick in a good way. As soon as I walked up there was a camera in the entry way. When you walked in, the ceiling was absolutely huge. This was the nicest Custom Real Estate in Las Vegas. How does one gain such wealth to do these amazing things? I have to get into the Buyers Market (once again) asap. |
