The reason why we built a second fence for today on our Property in Las Vegas, was to keep the animals away from the plants that we are going to plant in between the main fence and the new fence. These animals will eat almost everything and anything. It is going to be a really nice area when it is finished. We might put chairs and tables out there so people can hang out and chat if they would like. They can even picnic if they would like. I just hope that there are not going to be a lot of flies. We are also going to have a lot of area for people to camp at night if they would like. hopefully the animals don't trample the people out there. The most exciting thing is going to be everything will look organized on the field. I cant stand it when something looks disorganized. It just doesn't look right. Every inch of Las Vegas Real Estate that I own is perfect down to the grout in the floor.How uptkept is your property?
We also are weed whacking all of the long pieces of grass that are around the fences so that they don't trigger the electrical wire. We are going to put in about twenty five white acorn trees. They are going to grow and look so beautiful. The best thing about doing this is its going to make everything look settled and its going to match the ranch. There's this one spot for the cows to lay down in and poop however much they would like. its nice and shady, but its hot and there's not enough water around that area. Out in Lake Las Vegas they have so much water surrounding them, they would never have that problem. I wish they zoned the type of Property that I need. I would buy 7-8 pieces of Real Estate in a matter of minutes out there. I know several investors who would do so also. If the day comes... |
