My bed is so amazing. The bed itself is probably the softest thing that you could ever lay on. It was worh purchasing this Las Vegas Real Eatate with my brother. We became partners. He put up his credit and 25% of the money, and I came throught with the other 75%. Back to my Bed. It is so extremely soft and honestly there is nothing better. Usually farms have a lot of work to do if you want to have it very nice. Farms are usually for people who are not lazy whatsoever. These past two days we have been thinking and starting to remodel a huge piece of land that the cows and horse live on. Eventually we will be receiving buffalo which is exciting. I heard that buffalo meat is better than beef. It has a better taste to it and its healthier. The piece of land in outer Las Vegas is huge and its filled with twigs, grass, and leaves. The bugs are ridiculous. There are about a million flies that follow the horses and cows. Its really disgusting. The fences aren't that pretty either. They are just metal wires and there is an electricity wire that surrounds it. That's my favorite part about the entire thing. The electricity scares the shit out of the animals. I've touched it once and it was probably the weirdest feeling that I have ever had.
There are two areas of our Las Vegas Land. We also have that other piece in Henderson. There's one piece of land when you first roll up on the ranch. It's a better area for the animals because there's water and a lot of shade for them. The second part of the land is closer to the very large house. This is where we are making a lot of changes. We would like to get the grass to be flat, lush, and green instead of dry grass. The grass is so long. There are also thistles and unnecessary plants everywhere. I guess its whatever makes the animals happy right? I'm more of the type of person who likes perfection. Today we were working on a fence and it was crooked and I did not like it. I mean, I was happy when it was done, but it wasn't as straight as it could be. We have beautiful circle gates that are filled with soft pretty rocks. I know what you are thinking, rocks pretty? It looks extremely classy. The rocks are put into a circle gate that are connected to a fence for an entrance. The circle gates give all of the fences support. We need to update this section of our Real Estate portfolio, but after we get the other 2 condos we own painted. |
