Okay, so now I am going to talk about the premium High Rise Condominiums in Las Vegas. My high rise is probably the best that there is out there in the world. People will do anything for real estate for such a high priced space of living (like Las Vegas). The living essentials for such a place has to be the most expensive. When you pull up to the entrance in a Bentley, you have your car valet parked. When you walk in through a beautiful entrance you have a front desk with a consierge named Paul. Paul is your right hand man and he helps you out with anything that you need. He is there and aimed to please you and the rest of the people that live there. Next you take an elevator up to your floor and walk into your place. The butler is standing at the door waiting for you to take off your coat for you, or to take anything you need out of your hands. The first room of course has to be the best decorated room in the entire place. It has to have modern furniture. How else would you decorate such a luxurious piece of Las Vegas Real Estate?
Modern furniture is simple and almost plain, but not too plain. It still has style to it, which is awesome. The room has to be tall as well. When I say that the ceiling should be higher than most rooms that are built. They also have to have really futuristic designs or just in fashion designs. The best Las Vegas Homes are the ones that have designs and pieces of furniture that you have never seen before. My kitchen in my Highrise Cond is totally awesome. The wall has a built in water faucet sticking out of the wall, but its not just any kind of water, its filtered for you. I love water so its kind of nice that they put that in there for me. And the water is already connected to it so I never have to refill anything. The entire kitchen is made of marble even the floor. As you can tell there's no shoes on in my house. Everything in my house is so unique. The refrigerator is stainless steel as well as the microwave. The stove is in the center and it is made of stainless steel as well. The cupboards are made of marble as well. It is the top interior, and was featured in the Las Vegas Real Estate Magazine. |
