The grass and the trees are so green and it just looks like everything has been put so much hard work into. Its almost like its too perfect, or maybe I am just too excited to leave town. I do not want to leave Las Vegas. I have learned so much about the Real Estate Market and how to make money in it. Only Silver State Mortgage in Las Vegas could train me so quickly. My favorite part of the entire back yard are the rose bushes. Roses are so beautiful to me and they make any kind of back yard. The barn also has porter potties behind it. That is one thing that made me crack up. My room in the New House near Las Vegas is lovely. I have a master bedroom and I share it with two other girls. Its better than staying on the bottom floor and sharing the bathroom with six other people. We have 2 dressers and three closets. The closets are huge and there are so many cupboards everywhere. Just so much storage space throughout the entire room. My bed is so comfortable. They blessed me with a feather bed and my lovely soft pillow from home. I have almost everything I could possibly need up here except for a hair straighten cream that actually works. There are crown moldings on the bottom of the floor and the bathroom is my favorite of the entire place. This is nothing like the Highrise Las Vegas Real Estate Market that I was so used to.
The bathroom has the best shower head that I have ever felt. I'm serious I stood underneath it for fifteen minutes straight without even moving. The water is soft as well. That's another thing about real estate: buy a house with soft water and great shower heads. I promise that it will make a difference. The only thing that I understand that is having a great bathroom makes all of the difference. the shower itself isn't that big, but it is extremely nice. The sink area is huge and there are many nice mirrors throughout the place. The sink is made of marble and the floor is made of expensive tile. The room has green carpet and the walls are white with white window shades. The lamps have a crazy look to them. They have a tic tack toe look to the pattern of the glass around the light bulb. The bulb is amazing and it gives off not too much light but enough. The other house that I was in earlier was made from the 70s but it had everything redone. Does that make sense? New improvements to the house makes it the ultimate best. The kitchen was the craziest part to me about the entire place. The stove was in the middle of the kitchen! It wasn't even connected to the sink, it was just by itself and its own island. The sink was connected to a marble countertop and it was also connected to wooden cupboards and shelves. I had been told that we acquired this Las Vegas property. |
