Las Vegas Real Estate - Dream Home, Part 2, Section 2

Next to all of that is a pad of rocks where my dog does her business, next to that is the water power, and then the front gate. Back to the setting of the patio, there are two chairs and one rocking chair that can seat two. It rocks on a same level so your whole body is not shifting up and down. The patio has a gate that separates the brick from the grass. We have a large piece of grass that our dog loves to run around on. In one corner of the yard next to the grass is an island with two palm trees. A classic in the Las Vegas Real Estate Market. Those of you who live down here will soon understand the culture of the area. These palm trees give the yard its exotic look. Next to the trees are three large rocks and are placed around the trees. Across from the island is the barbeque. The barbeque is made of brick as well and is surrounded by red rocks. Next is the pool. It is a lovely clean pool that I cannot get enough of. It is about six feet deep and the main shape of it is the state of Nevada , but not completely. There is an island in the corner of the other side of the back yard and that too contains two large palm trees and six large rocks.

Across the way from that is an unfinished garden. This garden used to have plants of all kinds. We used to grow crops and harvest them as well. Not everyone who has Real Estate in Las Vegas is doing the same thing. We also used to have a peach tree and an apricot tree. This entire yard is put together very nicely and I am sure that I left out many plants and such. This entire premises has a lot of hard work and remodeling done to it. Such as the wood floors. These took forever to put in. I couldn't even stay at my own house that entire week because of reconstruction. Renovation is popular in Las Vegas. The process is to level the existing Real Esate and build over the leveled land. Just look at the Highrises Downtown. Some of these homes were built in World War 2. Then there are a lot of houses We were never allowed to stay at our house for recsontruction. We always had to stay somewhere else. The worst was when the air condidtioning went out upstairs in the middle of the summer. Our entire family almost lived upstairs except for my brother. He was the only person who live down stairs. Some of us had to sleep on the floor while others slept on couches or chairs. It was miserable and hot all over the place. Try two night of doing that it was almost miserable. Then I start to think about families who don't really have anything. And they have to sleep on the same thing every night usually with somebody else in the bed. Sharing is caring. But some of us prefer to make something of our lives. It is amazing how much home destruction takes place and how much construction needs to be done in the world. I, for one, am glad that Las Vegas continues to grow and Las Vegas Real Estate is taken to new levels.
