There are lamps that dangle down in all of these rooms. All of the lamps are glass and have a little bit of gold to them. Now that I think of it, there's a lot of gold to almost everything in this house. The lamps all have golden bops and the cabinets all have golden handles. This Las Vegas House is extremely classy and I cant get enough of it. My fathers office is one of the only rooms that doesn't match the entire house. we like to label his office as the “Cave” because we like to think of him as a grumpy old bear. His office is also where all of the children get lectured and yelled at. The carpet is a dark green, almost like an emerald green. It looks very nice. The office has a wall that is wooden and contains only shelves. Along these shelves are hundreds of books. It is the nicest office I have ever seen in all of Nevada. You have to understand that my parents where born in Las Vegas as well. I think my father was one of the first Employees in Nevada to work from oa home office. This was in the day of car phones and cell phones that where the size of a toaster.
This room too also has crown moldings on the top as well as the bottom. In the center of this place is a large wooden desk with a laptop in the center. The desk contains of so many wires and so many computer connections such as a fax machine and phone lines, and chargers everywhere. The back yard of the Las Vegas Real Estate that we are talking about is another one of my favorites. Its is so beautiful and tropical. The main thing that sticks out in my mind is the brick. Our entire patio is made of brick and the surroundings to the pool is brick as well. The patio consists of a set of chairs and a hose that has its own place setting into the wall. Right next to it is a a large fern plant that has been growing since we've moved here.
Next to that is a patch of dirt. This dirt consists of a plant in the shape of a bunny and two rose bushes next to it. Past the plants is a gate for the side yard. This side yard has most of the mechanical items needed for the house, such as electricity and solar power for the pool. Our air conditioning runs outside as well. I am told this will incrase the price of the Real Estate, because people love attention to detail when looking at a home to buy. Anotehr on eof the lessons of Real Estate that I pass on to you... |
