My parent's room is gorgeous. It is also extremely huge. It was built in the earlier days of Las Vegas Rea Estate, to it in not your average sized room. It has a beautiful dark wooden bed with dressers and tables in the room to match it. The bed is a king size bed and has a fluffy comforter that is maroon and gold. This type of bedding goes great with dark colors, because the light and dark colors balance each other out. The walls are white and so are the shutters and crown moldings and doors in the room. The bathroom is also painted white and has many white features such as the bathtub, showers, and sink. There are even some small towels with "Las Vegas" embroidered in The bed has two wooden night stands, the same color as the bed. Each night stand is put on each side of the bed. One for mother and one for father. Each night stand contains a beautiful large lamp. Both lamps are the exact same with a really white shade around both. It makes the room look even larger than it really is. Next to the bed is a huge cabinet dresser. When you open the first two doors, there is a plasma television screen and a DVD and VHS player sitting next to it.
The color of this dresser is the same color as the bed. Underneath the plasma are many drawers for putting clothes in for my father. A thinner drawer set is put next to my father's for my mother to put her things in. Next to that dresser is a fire place and a connection into the bathroom. The bedroom had carpet and the bathroom has wooden floors. The bathroom has a large bathtub with a large window next to it. The area surrounding the bathtub is large and you can sit wherever on the large space. Out side if the window is my parents large deck that they never use. There are two chairs and a table out there that are rotting because nobody sits on them. The shower is okay. A shower is very important for re-sale in Las Vegas Real Estate. If it is durty, it will be an instant turnoff to buers. It has that foggy plastic on the outside so you cant see what's on the inside. The inside there is a bench for sitting and to put your supplies on, its is quit a comfy showering area. Across from the shower are two very large sinks. These two large sinks have medicine cabinets next to them on the wall and a huge mirror along the wall.
This mirror covers almost the entire bathroom. A plus for your buyers. In between both sinks is a doorway to a large closet. This closet is probably one of the nicest closets I've ever seen. There are shelves and spaces everywhere. The main color is white and there is enough space in there for me to have four times what I have in my closet. I love how they sit there and tell me that I have too many clothes when their closet has a lifetime full of clothes. The reason why I respect my parents ways though are because they came up, so they deserve a nice piece of Las Vegas Real Estate and nice things because of all of there hard work. Another room that I love in the house is the piano room. |
