The feeling that you couldn't get from anything else. The only thing that seemed dark throughout the entire property was the woods. The woods (for what you can call woods in Las Vegas) had many stories behind them and there is no telling of what evil lays inside of them. People and other living things could get buried and nobody would even notice. Life is crazy when your trying to move and pack to another house. Packing takes at least five hours. And you have so many boxes to fill. You also have to rent a moving truck and there's no telling in how far you have to drive and how much you have to pack. When you try to sell a house, it has to look its ultimate best. If it looks like you put a lot of money into it, then you can sell it for a lot of money. If you do not care about the price then you can leave the place plain or how it is. Everybody has a lot of problems picking out a house, because they need to feel that it is the right one for them, or for other people that will be living with them. So many people go crazy for the effect that you get when you walk into a house and automatically you know it is the right one. If you have experience in Vegas based Real Estate, you know the feeling.
Maybe its because I've been around houses all of my life, but all I know is that the house has to fit the person. If it doesn't, then where is the customer satisfaction? My old room is my favorite room out of the entire house located in Southern Las Vegas. The walls are red, I know what your thinking a typical girl's room. The walls aren't just red, they are maroon so it gives it more of a solemn feeling. The walls are dark, but the room has light features to even it out. For instance, My closet, door, shutters, and crown moldings on the base of the floor are all white. My bed, shelves and lamps are white as well. I love my bed, because the comforter is fluffy and it gives the room a richer kind of look to it. I enjoy it very much. The wood is a very light wood, no where near being dark. I also have a dresser that has a huge mirror attached to the top of it. |
